Refund window

If you're not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Look up your order at paddle.net to request a refund, or follow the instructions in your purchase receipt email.

After a refund

Once a refund is completed, any remaining extra pixels from that pack may be deducted from your balance. See the Paddle Refund Policy for details.
