Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
1. Seller
Pixel Canvas (the "Service") is operated by individual seller Matthew Ideun Cho (the "Seller"). By using the Service you enter into a contract with the Seller.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Individual users must be of legal adult age in their country of residence or have a guardian's consent.
3. The Service
The Service is a 50×50 shared pixel canvas. Users signed in with a Google account earn 1 free pixel every 3 hours and may purchase additional pixel packs (digital goods). Purchased pixels never expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes, or expressing illegal, hateful, or obscene content
- Fraud, spam, or mass painting with automated tools (bots)
- Infringing others' intellectual property rights
- Distributing malware, probing vulnerabilities, scraping, or other security interference; circumventing technical limits; reverse engineering
6. Intellectual property
The Service's software, design, brand, and related intellectual property belong to the Seller. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service personally. Pixels you paint are displayed publicly as part of a collective artwork, and the Seller may store and display them to provide the Service.
7. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payments, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
8. Service level and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or data). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, death, or personal injury.
10. Suspension and termination
The Seller may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations, and may remove offending pixels.
11. Miscellaneous
These terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's place of residence. The Seller is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure). Changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
